Shipping policy

 

Processing:
All orders placed are typically processed within 1-7  business days, Monday through Friday, depending on order volume. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with the email entered at checkout.

 If you are in a rush for an event, PLEASE email us immediately with your order number as soon as you place it to be priority in the queue. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, and you order on a Thursday morning, you MUST select “Next Day Air” shipping. Two day shipping does NOT include weekends for carriers. We will do our best to assist you with rush orders in choosing the best shipping option, and any delays caused by the carrier are not our responsibility once the package leaves our warehouse.  

U.S Shipping: 
We are happy to offer domestic shipping through UPS, including FREE ground U.S shipping on orders $300 USD or greater. Please note possible delays on behalf of the carrier, and choose the best shipping time for your event timeline. 

International Shipping:
We are happy to offer several international shipping options through UPS and DHL. Please enter your address at checkout to determine the rate and shipping time options for your country. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes: 
Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. 

Summer Evenings is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Delivery Times:
The listed delivery times are estimations, and Summer Evenings is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, or any package that come back as undeliverable. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or launch periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out. 

Lost, Stolen, or Misaddressed Packages: 

Summer Evenings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is deemed delivered by the carrier and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local carrier. 

If you enter the incorrect address at checkout, we will fulfill the package to the entered address, unless notified by email immediately before the package is sent out. If you do not contact us immediately to edit the address, you must sort it with your local carrier once the package is out on its way. We cannot intervene once the package leaves our warehouse, unless it gets sent back to us by the carrier.

Please keep in mind delivery times for pre-order items are estimates, especially if you are moving addresses and there is a delay in our shipment. Email us at hello@summerevenings.us after placing an order if you plan to move addresses while awaiting a pre-order item with a possible delayed estimated delivery window. We will do our best to edit the order address on file to your new address. This is only possible before we fulfill the order from our warehouse, so please be aware of your address status.
