About the Founder: Summer Albarcha 

Summer Albarcha is a Syrian-American Muslim woman and one of the early pioneers of the digital modest fashion industry. For years of her career, brands were not embracing modest-dressing consumers nor experts. By forging her own path, Summer inspired the wardrobes of women around the world through her modest, fashion-forward style, leading to partnerships with global brands for styling campaigns. 

She does not want to just tick boxes– she recognizes the gap in the market, and is here to prove that not only can terms like “modest” and “modern” co-exist, but they make for truly exciting fashion moments. Through Summer Evenings, she aims to provide women with an elevated and seamless shopping experience for luxurious, formal gowns, and fill the gap in the formal wear industry in the United States.
